We recently, on behalf of a client, found an existing piece of land, negotiated a deal with the landowner, and changed the law in the State of Alabama to allow the landowner to sell us the property. On another occasion, we negotiated a deal to purchase 120 acres and exchange it for a different 120 acres that were then incorporated into the master plan.
