Construction Management

JDS handles the planning, design, and construction bid processes. We coordinate the contracting and construction and deliver the finished project on time. Recently, we were the construction agent and principle negotiator in the reconstruction of a 100-unit condominium that had been destroyed in a hurricane. We evaluated the damaged structure, preserved remaining elements, acquired permits and secured a general construction company and other service providers, made insurance claims with the attorneys, coordinated all construction and negotiated the final insurance settlements with 2 policy providers and 3 underwriters.
